Clients retain full rights to their own branding, logos, and content provided to RoboLizard for use in campaigns or development.
5. Payment Terms
- All projects, retainers, or ad spend arrangements are billed based on the terms agreed to in the service proposal or agreement.
- Late payments may result in paused campaigns, delayed work, or account access restrictions.
- Certain services may require upfront payment or non-refundable deposits.
6. No Guarantees
While RoboLizard applies best practices and data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee specific results such as first-page rankings, ad performance, or revenue increases. Results depend on market conditions, competition, client industry, and user behavior.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoboLizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to the terms of any existing agreement. Upon termination, outstanding balances become due, and any work completed remains the intellectual property of RoboLizard unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
